Audit Log
Audit Log is read-oriented history for important actions in the workspace. Use it to understand who did what, when, and to which record.
Entries can be created for supported create, update, delete/void, permission, and operational actions. The detail varies by action but can preserve user, timestamp, action, Workspace/Module, affected record, and supporting context. Timestamps are shown in the business timezone. Automatic Lot date-status transitions and Split Lot actions are included when they occur.
Use the available search, filter, and sorting controls to investigate activity. The log is not a second place to edit the underlying business record: make corrections through the appropriate Module.
Use Audit Log for application/user activity. Use Inventory History for the operational chain of stock itself.
