Users
Users are people who can sign in to the business workspace. The Module includes the user list and detail controls for invitation, Role assignment, activation, and access administration.
Invite, assign, and deactivate
Section titled “Invite, assign, and deactivate”Invite each person who needs their own login, then assign the Role appropriate to the work they need to perform. Change the Role deliberately when responsibilities change; a broader Role can expose more Modules and actions.
Your plan controls how many Users can be active. Deactivating a User removes normal access while preserving their historical relationship to records and actions. Reactivate only when appropriate and within active-user capacity.
Do not share one login to avoid User limits. Individual accounts preserve permissions and activity history for the person who did the work.
Devices and account recovery
Section titled “Devices and account recovery”Each User can maintain up to two concurrent devices. Signing in on another device beyond the limit can end the session on the device with the longest period without activity.
Invitation and password-reset emails are part of the account flow. If an expected message does not arrive, verify the address, check spam/junk, and contact [email protected] if it continues.
